1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and set out the general basis on which We Can Service Consulting ("we", "us") provides consulting services. By using this website or engaging our services, you accept these terms.
2. Our services
We provide service operations consulting, including service efficiency audits, process optimisation, and operations upgrades. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are agreed in writing (for example in a proposal or engagement letter) before work begins. If there is any conflict between these general terms and a signed engagement document, the engagement document applies.
3. Results
Figures on this website (such as typical reductions in turnaround times or costs) reflect past engagements and industry experience. They are illustrative only. Every business is different, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes. Your audit establishes realistic targets for your business.
4. Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for the period stated on them. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable on the terms stated on the invoice. Work may be paused where accounts are overdue.
5. Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and expect the same of our clients regarding our methods and materials. Case studies are only published with client consent or in anonymised form.
6. Intellectual property
Content on this website, and methodologies, frameworks and materials we use in engagements, remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing. Deliverables prepared for a client may be used by that client for their internal business purposes.
7. Liability
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Website use
You may not misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send spam. Information on the site is provided in good faith but may change without notice.
9. Privacy
Personal information submitted through this website is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy, in alignment with POPIA.
10. Law
